EdibleBliss11 is a small black owned business

that has taken entrées and desserts to the next level.

The founder Amanda Hamer who has

been in the culinary industry for 30+ years

creates her desserts and dishes with the intentions of pleasing

the palate one blissful bite at a time. Since quitting her 9 to 5 job

to pursue her passion, Amanda has found her own

unique style when it comes to cooking and baking.

All her creations are made from scratch using the best ingredients.

Food Network “donut showdown” 

How She Hustles,

By Blacks “peoples choice awards”, 

Breakfast Television, 

City Line,

Jamaican Eats Magazine

and her desserts have been devoured by our very own

Prime Minister of Canada.

In sept 2022 Amanda partnered with Boukan

(a Haitian cuisine restaurant located on The Danforth)

and delighted the patrons with her blissful brunch menu.

1 year later Amanda has decided to step away from the restaurant business to focus on catering.

Amanda's Fusion to the Haitian cuisine can still be enjoyed

by many, as well as her delicious Jamaican rum cake cheesecake.

Amanda still distributes her infamous,

“Jamaican rum cake cheesecake”

at the “Black Owned Toronto”store,

which is located at Scarborough Town Centre.

And at Boukan located at 774 Danforth Ave.
